If you have a knack for turning site visits into "Sold" signs and know the city's micro-markets like the back of your hand, this is your next big move.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital Response: Promptly engage with leads from Meta, 99acres, WhatsApp, etc, ensuring a premium first impression of our brand.
- The Closer: Guide potential buyers from the initial inquiry to the final booking, managing site visits with professionalism and persuasive flair.
- Pipeline Architect: Maintain a meticulously structured sales funnel, ensuring every lead is tracked and followed up with religious consistency.
- Marketing Strategist: Assist in planning and executing local campaigns,



including high-impact hoardings and community events.

What You Bring to the Table

- Experience: 2–5 years of proven success in real estate sales (Vadodara experience is highly preferred).
- Linguistic Flair: Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Tech Savvy: Excel skills(Intermediate level preferred) for organized lead management and reporting.
- Mindset: A self-driven, target-oriented attitude. You don't just meet goals; you crush them.
