Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction/interior execution work at the project site.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other labor teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project timelines and report delays or issues.
- Maintain quality standards and check workmanship.
- Take site measurements and verify quantities.
- Coordinate material delivery and ensure proper material usage.
- Prepare daily site progress reports.
- Ensure safety practices are followed at the site.
- Attend site meetings with clients, architects, and project managers.
- Resolve minor site-level issues and escalate major concerns to management.

Primary Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor all day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Plan and assign daily work to labor teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct site measurements and verify completed work.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
- Inspect materials delivered to the site and maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate procurement of materials to avoid work delays.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
- Identify site issues and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain records of labor attendance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, painting, gypsum, flooring, and finishing works.
- Verify bills submitted by contractors based on completed work.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the site.
- Report any delays, material shortages, or quality issues to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate inspections and handover activities with the client.
- Ensure the project is completed within the approved budget and timeline.
