Job Description – CAD Drawing Executive (Real Estate)

Position: CAD Drawing Executive
Location: Coimbatore

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and modify CAD drawings for residential, commercial, and plotted development projects.
- Create layout plans, subdivision drawings, road networks, and infrastructure drawings as per project requirements.
- Prepare drawings for DTCP approval, planning permissions, and statutory submissions.
- Coordinate with surveyors, architects, engineers, and project teams to obtain accurate site information.
- Ensure all drawings comply with DTCP regulations, local authority norms, and company standards.
- Revise drawings based on approval comments and management requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records for future reference.
- Assist in project planning and layout development activities.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D preferred).
- Strong knowledge of DTCP approval norms and procedures.
- Experience in real estate layout planning and approval drawings.
- Ability to interpret survey data, FMB sketches, and land documents.




- Knowledge of land development regulations and plotting standards.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Familiarity with GIS software will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. Civil Engineering / Draftsman Civil / Relevant Technical Qualification.

Preferred Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate, Land Development, or Town Planning projects.
- Hands-on experience in preparing DTCP approval drawings and layout submissions.

Approval Norms Knowledge Required:

The candidate should have working knowledge of:

- DTCP Layout Approval Process
- CMDA / LPA Approval Procedures (if applicable)
- Road Width & Open Space Reservation (OSR) Norms
- Plot Dimension & Setback Regulations
- Gift Deed Areas and Public Utility Reservations
- Land Subdivision and Layout Formation Rules
- Patta, FMB, and Survey Sketch Interpretation
- Approval Drawing Documentation and Submission Process.

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 2+ Years
Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
