Job Description – Interior Site Supervisor (Modular Residential Interiors)

Position: Interior Site Supervisor
Experience: 2–6 Years
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor with 2–6 years of experience in Modular Residential Interiors. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising interior fit-out projects, coordinating with vendors and execution teams, and ensuring timely project completion with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day execution of modular residential interior projects at site.
- Coordinate with designers, production, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other contractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Manage material delivery, installation schedules, and site activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to the management team.
- Coordinate with clients during site visits and provide project updates.

Requirements





- 2–6 years of experience in Modular Residential Interior execution/site supervision is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture installation, site execution, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings.
- Positive coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Bangalore.

Preferred Qualification

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience with residential interior companies such as HomeLane, Livspace, Bonito, DesignCafe, Decorpot, or similar organizations is preferred.

Work Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Site-based)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Note:

- Only candidates with relevant Modular Residential Interior experience will be considered.
- Immediate Joiners are highly preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
