Job Overview

Ride n Repair is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable service solutions.
- Follow up with prospective clients to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
