Job Summary

The Dessert Counter Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting guests at the counter, explaining dessert offerings, handling orders efficiently, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting desserts based on preferences
- Explain menu items, ingredients, and suggest upselling options
- Take accurate orders and handle billing through POS systems
- Serve desserts and beverages as per brand presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and display area
- Ensure proper stocking and display of desserts at all times
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally




- Coordinate with kitchen staff for order preparation and updates
- Follow opening and closing procedures of the outlet

Skills & Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and well-groomed appearance
- Basic math skills for billing and cash handling
- Prior experience in F&B;, café, or retail is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
