The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with the company's distributor network to generate orders, ensure timely replenishment, resolve routine concerns, strengthen business relationships, and support sales growth. The role requires excellent communication skills, follow-up ability, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Call assigned distributors on a daily basis to collect orders and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors through regular follow-ups.
- Ensure timely order booking and coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth order execution.
- Follow up with distributors for pending orders, payments (where applicable), and stock replenishment.
- Address distributor queries and coordinate with the Sales, Logistics, and Accounts teams for timely resolution.
- Inform distributors about new product launches, schemes, promotions, and price updates.
- Monitor distributor stock levels and encourage replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, complaints, and follow-up activities in the prescribed system.
- Collect market feedback regarding competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand.
- Prepare daily and weekly call reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
- Support the field sales team in improving distributor engagement and business performance.
Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
