Job Description – Area Sales Executive

Company: Southasian Chemtech Private Limited
Position: Area Sales Executive
Location: Kolhapur, Maharashtra
Salary Range: ₹28,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Travel Allowance + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
- Generate secondary sales through retailers, contractors, applicators, and builders.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify current business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote JOINTSEAL products including Tile Adhesives, Grouts, Waterproofing Products, and Construction Chemicals.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, architects, contractors, and influencers.
- Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up from the market.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team for smooth order execution.




- Conduct product demonstrations and site visits when required.
- Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good market knowledge of construction/building material industry
- Ability to develop dealer and retailer network
- Target-oriented and self-driven approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Qualification:

- Graduation in any stream preferred
- MBA/Marketing background will be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 Year of Sales Experience Preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills and interest in field sales can also apply.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
