Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer & Video Editor to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a robust sense of visual storytelling and a deep understanding of branding and design aesthetics. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually striking creatives for marketing campaigns, brand collaterals, social media, digital ads, presentations, and more.

This role is perfect for someone who can translate abstract ideas into compelling visual communication.

Freshers with an excellent portfolio and strong creative skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Conceptualization

- Understand creative briefs and translate them into visual concepts, mood boards, and layouts.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop campaign visuals and brand stories.

Marketing & Advertising Design

- Design digital ad creatives, social media posts, banners, and emailers.
- Create visually appealing content that captures attention and drives engagement.

Print & Presentation Design

- Design brochures, flyers, packaging,



and corporate collaterals.
- Support pitch decks, presentations, and visual storytelling for internal and external use.

Branding Consistency

- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative output.
- Work on new branding initiatives, logo refinements, and other visual assets as required.

Requirements

- Freshers, Interns and candidates with 2–4 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. (Knowledge of After Effects is an added advantage.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, creativity, and visual storytelling.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
- Experience in brand identity design.
- Familiarity with Figma or Canva for collaborative design work.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
