Key Responsibilities

1. LinkedIn Engagement & Professional Outreach (30%)

· Build and manage professional networking and engagement activities on LinkedIn.

· Identify prospective clients and generate business leads through LinkedIn outreach.

· Maintain lead databases and track engagement activities.

· Support relationship-building and business development initiatives.

2. Tele-calling & Lead Management (25%)

· Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.

· Conduct lead qualification, follow-ups and appointment scheduling.

· Understand client requirements and coordinate initial discussions.

· Maintain records of enquiries, interactions and business opportunities.

3. Proposal Management & Business Coordination (30%)

· Prepare proposals, quotations and business presentations.

· Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.

· Follow up on submitted proposals and support commercial discussions.

· Assist in negotiations and closure of business opportunities.

4. Training Business Support (15%)

· Manage enquiries related to public and in-house training programs.

· Support participant on boarding, registration and communication activities.

· Coordinate with Operations and Design teams for training materials, certificates and related documentation.

· Assist in pre-training, during-training and post-training coordination activities.

Work Profile & Daily ActivitiesA. In-House Training Business

· Attend and manage all training-related enquiries.

· Prepare and submit proposals for in-house training opportunities.

· Follow up on proposals and support business negotiations.

· Coordinate with clients throughout the sales and onboarding process.

B. Public Training Programs





· Attend and respond to participant enquiries.

· Coordinate registrations, on boarding and participant communication.

· Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution of training programs.

· Support training logistics, documentation, presentations, handbooks and certificates.

C. eLearning Business Support

· Assist in coordinating eLearning modules and digital learning platforms.

· Support learner onboarding and participant engagement activities.

· Contribute to future eLearning business development initiatives.

Required Skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Confidence in tele-calling, client interaction and relationship management.

· Proficiency in computer applications, internet research and LinkedIn.

· Good interpersonal, coordination and negotiation skills.

· Solid organizational and follow-up abilities.

Education & Eligibility

· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Commerce, Management, Marketing, Business Communications

· Fresher to 2 years of experience

· Strong English-medium educational background preferred.

Preferred Locations: Dakshineswar, Kolkata

Travel Requirement: Ability to travel approximately 3–5 days per month for client meetings, training programs and business activities

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
