The Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who has worked with international clients (UK/Europe/US). This is a hands-on role — you will own campaigns end to end for international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- SEO — keyword research, on-page optimisation, and local SEO for international markets
- GEO (AI Search Optimisation) — optimise content to appear in AI answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI)
- Google Business Profile (GMB) — manage and optimise listings for international clients
- Google Ads — plan and run campaigns for international audiences
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) — lead generation, retargeting, and audience targeting
- Graphic Design — create posts, ads,



and banners for social media (Canva/Photoshop); upload and manage posts across accounts

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Must have experience working with international clients (UK/Europe/US)
- Strong SEO knowledge — on-page, local SEO, keyword research
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience managing Google Business Profile listings
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Understanding of GEO/AI search optimisation (or strong willingness to learn)
- Strong written English
- Comfortable with hybrid working
