We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media initiatives across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing social media strategies, growing our online presence, and fostering community engagement to support our marketing and brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage and oversee content creation (copy, images, videos) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports on campaign performance.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities.
- Should have the knowledge on designing a post by using the graphic design software's.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and budgets when applicable.




- Monitor competitors and provide insights to refine social strategy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital content management.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies and current trends.
- Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with social media advertising is a plus.
