Looking for candidates who worked in digital marketing agency for at least a year in client servicing only

Job Responsibilities:

● Understand and address client needs, developing tailored solutions.

● Manage social media presence, campaigns, and client interactions.

● Handled multi-service projects including SEO, performance marketing,

website management, influencer marketing, etc.

● Collaborate with internal teams for project planning and execution.

● Monitor multiple projects, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.

● Analyze data for actionable insights and prepare optimization reports.

● Facilitate positive client onboarding experiences and maintain relationships.

● Identify upselling opportunities for revenue growth and client retention.

● Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies.

● Lead team coordination and support for successful project outcomes.

● Develop long-term social media strategies and innovative campaign ideas.

● Conduct sentiment analysis, monitor market trends,



and perform competitor analysis.

● Coordinate video production and maintain Online Reputation Management.

● Drive brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms.

Requirement

● Good communication skills, written and spoken.

● Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.

● Professionalism regarding time and deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
