Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate freshers to join our recruitment team as Trainee US IT Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of IT technologies, and an interest in recruitment and talent sourcing for the US market.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand client job requirements and technical skill expectations
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other job portals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up regularly
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities




- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Use Boolean search techniques and web research methods for sourcing

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers are eligible to apply
- B.E / B.Tech – CSE, IT, AI & ML, ECE, EEE
- MCA, M.Sc Computer Science, M.Sc Data Science
- Basic understanding of technologies like Java, Python, AWS, SQL
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
