Design & Creative Development

- Create high-quality posters, brochures, flyers, banners, standees, and marketing materials.
- Design social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
- Develop branding materials and promotional campaigns for academy programs and events.
- Create visually appealing admission advertisements and educational marketing content.
- Design certificates, presentations, and corporate communication materials.

Software Skills Required

- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Premiere Pro (Basic knowledge preferred)
- Adobe After Effects (Preferred)
- Canva Pro

Digital Marketing Support

- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign creatives.
- Design content for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and promotional activities.




- Optimize creatives based on campaign performance and engagement.

Content & Branding

- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Support event promotions, workshops, seminars, and admission campaigns.
- Create creative concepts and visual storytelling for aviation-related content.

Additional Responsibilities

- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
- Maintain organized design files and project assets.
- Coordinate with video editors, content writers, and digital marketing executives.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and marketing strategies.
