About The Role

The 10X Agency is looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and enthusiastic Social Media Associate who can create engaging content, build brand presence, and manage social media platforms. If you're passionate about content creation, love being in front of the camera, and stay updated with the latest social media trends, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Develop creative ideas for Reels, short-form videos, and social media campaigns.
- Confidently appear in front of the camera for brand promotions, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Coordinate with the video editing and graphic design teams to execute high-quality content.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and content copies aligned with the brand voice.
- Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and viral content ideas.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting across all platforms.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages when required.
- Track content performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
- Assist in influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns.




- Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in speaking and performing in front of the camera.
- Creative mindset with storytelling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools is an added advantage.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and audience engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Content Creation.
- Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and creative mindset are encouraged to apply.
