We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager (Team Lead) to lead and supervise audit assignments across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong audit expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage client relationships while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion.
- Supervise and guide the audit team to ensure timely project execution.
- Plan audit schedules and allocate tasks efficiently.
- Review audit work and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Train, mentor, and support junior team members.
- Coordinate with clients and maintain effective communication.
- Prepare audit reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Travel to client locations across Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka,
and Gujarat as required.
Qualifications
- B.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, preferably with a CA firm.
- Prior team handling or leadership experience is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of auditing, accounting, and taxation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Salary
₹3.0 – ₹4.2 LPA (Based on experience and qualifications)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
