Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.



The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring technical professionals across various technologies while collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Negotiate salary, compensation, and joining timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as:
- Time-to-Hire
- Cost-per-Hire
- Offer Acceptance Rate
- Source Effectiveness

- Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
- Participate in employer branding, campus hiring, and recruitment drives as required.
