MSI Communications is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end human resources functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening HR processes, supporting business growth, and fostering a positive work culture.
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and compliance with statutory requirements
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
Coordinate training & development programs
Support management with HR strategy and workforce planning
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Requirements:
6–7 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Experience in corporate or distribution-based organizations is an added advantage
