We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our Healthcare Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling healthcare-related processes, coordinating with insurance providers, and ensuring timely resolution of patient and payer-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle healthcare operations and insurance-related processes.
- Manage escalations and time-sensitive healthcare cases.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies.
- Review and update patient records accurately.
- Work on payer portals and healthcare management systems.
- Follow authorization and claim processing guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.
- Maintain quality and productivity targets.

Required Skills

- Positive communication skills in English.




- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and medical terminology.
- Ability to handle critical and time-sensitive cases.
- Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or Care Coordination.
- Familiarity with US healthcare insurance plans such as Medicare and Medicaid.
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 coding, and authorization guidelines.
- Prior experience in US healthcare processes is an added advantage.
