Position: Electrical Manager - AAC Block Plant
Location: Daund, Pune
Reports to: Plant Head

Job Summary: Lead electrical maintenance and operations for the AAC block plant, ensuring reliable power supply, automation systems, and safety across high-voltage equipment like kilns, crushers, and conveyors. Drive energy efficiency and compliance with electrical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical panels, motors, drives (VFDs), PLCs, and HT/LT systems.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
- Ensure adherence to CEA regulations, electrical safety audits, and energy conservation measures.
- Manage electrical team, conduct training on safety gear and lockout-tagout procedures.
- Monitor power consumption,



maintain transformers/substations, and coordinate with DISCOM for uninterrupted supply.
- Prepare electrical schematics, budgets, and preventive schedules using tools like ETAP.

Qualifications:

- B.E./Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 8+ years in industrial plants, ideally AAC or heavy manufacturing.
- Proficiency in HT/LT systems, automation, and safety standards (IE Rules).
- Leadership skills with experience in team management and project execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
