Job Title: Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Beauty & Hair Care brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of beauty aesthetics, branding, and e-commerce creatives. You should be passionate about creating visually engaging designs that enhance the customer experience across marketplaces, social media, and our website.

Freshers with relevant internship experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or D2C brands are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create product listing images, A+ content, banners, storefront creatives, and promotional campaign visuals.
- Design website banners, landing page creatives, category banners, and homepage assets.
- Develop engaging social media posts, stories, carousel creatives, and advertisement visuals.
- Create graphics for product launches, offers, festive campaigns, email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Edit and retouch beauty product images while maintaining brand consistency.
- Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines, typography, color palettes, and visual identity.
- Coordinate with the marketing, content,



and performance marketing teams to deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current beauty, skincare, hair care, and graphic design trends.

Requirements

- Internship or professional experience in Graphic Design (Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion, Lifestyle, or D2C brands preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Figma, or Adobe XD is an added advantage.
- Understanding of e-commerce banner sizes, marketplace creative guidelines, and website design standards.
- Positive understanding of beauty and hair care product presentation, color combinations, typography, and premium visual aesthetics.
- Experience in image retouching, background removal, color correction, and product enhancement.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Solid attention to detail and creative thinking.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing creatives for beauty, skincare, makeup, or hair care brands.
- Understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising creatives.
- Knowledge of social media design trends and high-converting ad creatives.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
