Job Title: Safety Officer
Department: EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
Reports To: Factory Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for implementing workplace safety measures and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct safety training and induction programs.
- Investigate accidents and prepare reports.
- Ensure proper use of PPE.
- Monitor fire safety systems and emergency preparedness.
- Organize mock drills and evacuation exercises.
- Ensure statutory safety compliance.
- Maintain safety records and documentation.
- Promote a robust safety culture throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree with Industrial Safety qualification.
- Knowledge of Factory Safety Rules.
- 3–7 years of industrial safety experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
