We looking for a proactive and highly organized House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of a premium residence.
Position: House Manager
Location: Sector I, Salt Lake, Kolkata
Shift: 12 Hours
Eligibility:
* Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
* Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage household staff, vendors, and daily operations efficiently.
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications will be an added advantage.
* Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate all household operations.
* Manage housekeeping staff, drivers, cooks, security, and other domestic personnel.
* Ensure cleanliness, maintenance,
and upkeep of the residence.
* Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor services.
* Maintain household inventory and procure required supplies.
* Manage guest hospitality and support family events.
* Monitor household expenses and maintain records.
* Ensure confidentiality, discipline, and high service standards at all times.
