Background: Experience in Data Entry, Garment Production, Merchandising Support, or Apparel Industry Operations

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

- Accurate Garment Costing – Prepare detailed and accurate cost sheets for all garment styles, including fabric, trims, labor, processing, and overhead costs.
- Timely Cost Submission – Ensure all costing activities are completed within agreed timelines to support sampling, quotation, and order confirmation processes.
- Vendor Negotiation & Cost Optimization – Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing while maintaining required quality and delivery standards.
- Consumption Calculation – Calculate fabric, trim, and accessory consumption accurately to ensure reliable costing and minimize variances.




- Raw Material Code Creation & Management – Create and maintain raw material codes in the master system/app and manage swatch card records for accurate costing references.
- Cost Database Maintenance – Regularly update material rates, processing charges, supplier quotations, and other costing-related data to ensure accuracy.
- Cost Variance Analysis – Compare estimated costs with actual costs, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions to improve costing accuracy and profitability.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
