Position 1: US IT RecruiterKey Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray searches, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment lifecycle until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Work with W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Maintain ATS/CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- 1–5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Boolean/X-Ray search.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visa types, and recruitment processes.

Position 2: Business Development Manager (US Staffing)Key Responsibilities





- Generate recent business opportunities in the US staffing market.
- Acquire Direct Clients, MSP, and Implementation Partners.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Negotiate contracts, rate cards, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- 2–8+ years of experience in US Staffing Business Development.
- Proven experience acquiring Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS accounts.
- Strong knowledge of the US staffing industry and sales lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
