Position description:

2+ years of experience on graphic designing.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Assist senior designers in creating and editing marketing materials such as social media graphics, website banners, email templates, print collateral, and other visual assets.
- Crop and retouch images to ensure they are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines
- Perform colour correction and adjustments to maintain consistency across various design materials
- Follow brand guidelines and ensure that all design work adheres to established branding standards
- Collaborate with senior designers and managers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design assets
- Take regular feedback from managers and incorporate changes into designs in a timely manner
- Assist with adaptations of existing design materials for different platforms, formats, and sizes
- Help the team with day-to-day design requirements, such as resizing images, updating templates, and creating simple graphics
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, colour theory, and image editing.
- Experience in cropping and retouching images, and performing colour correction.
- Ability to follow branding guidelines and maintain consistency in design work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take feedback positively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
