Role Purpose

A high-intensity, closure-focused Inside Sales role for the US B2B market.

You will directly speak with CXO/Director/VP-level decision makers, build interest through consultative pitching, and convert qualified opportunities into revenue.

This is a premium US B2B process, not consumer calling or pure collections.

> CTC: 6 – 9 lpa

Key Responsibilities

- Convert qualified leads through strong sales closures & follow-ups
- High-volume, high-quality outbound calling to US business leaders (80–100/day)
- Understand customer needs, pitch solutions & handle commercial discussions
- Drive the full inside sales cycle: discovery proposal negotiation closure
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline for forecasts & reporting
- Achieve weekly/monthly goals for Revenue, Meetings & Conversions

Must-Have Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years US Process experience: Inside Sales / International B2B Sales
- Excellent English with neutral/American accent preferred
- Strong objection handling, negotiation & closing skills




- Confidence in engaging senior decision-makers (CXO/Director/VP)
- Comfortable with Mon–Fri night-shift schedule (US timezone)
- Proven success in target-driven revenue environments
