Job Summary

Kryfs Power Components Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional for the position of Account Executive. The candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing accounts, GST ,. Basic knowledge of export documentation, inventory audit, dispatch processes, and TDS compliance is also required.

Key Responsibilities

- Handling day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions
- Preparation and finalization of accounts
- GST working, return filing, reconciliation, and compliance (Mandatory)
- TDS calculation, deduction, filing, and reconciliation
- Managing bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Monitoring accounts payable and receivable
- Coordination with auditors during internal and statutory audits
- Assisting in inventory audit and stock verification
- Basic coordination of dispatch documentation and processes
- Maintaining records related to export documentation
- Preparation of MIS reports and financial statements




- Ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations

Mandatory Skills

- Strong knowledge of GST and Account Finalization (Compulsory)
- Experience in manufacturing industry accounting
- Knowledge of TDS compliance and reconciliations
- Basic understanding of export documentation
- Knowledge of inventory audit and dispatch process
- Good command over MS Excel and accounting software / ERP

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification
- Additional certification in taxation/accounting will be an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
