About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven B2B Sales Executive to expand our business by acquiring recent clients and managing existing business relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.

· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

· Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.

· Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.





· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

· 2 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development.

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals.

· Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

· Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an added advantage.

· Willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby locations for client meetings.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
