Job Summary The Placement Coordinator / Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing placement activities for students. This role acts as a bridge between students, training teams, and recruiting companies to ensure successful employment outcomes. Key Responsibilities  Coordinate campus recruitment and placement activities  Build and maintain relationships with companies, HRs, and recruitment partners  Identify job opportunities aligned with students’ skills and course completion  Schedule interviews, placement drives, and company visits  Prepare and share student profiles, resumes,



and placement data with employers  Guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, and career readiness  Track student eligibility, attendance, and placement status  Maintain accurate placement records, reports, and documentation  Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for student readiness  Share placement updates and opportunities through emails, WhatsApp, or portals  Collect feedback from recruiters and placed candidates  Ensure placement targets and timelines are met Skills & Competencies  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Excellent coordination and organizational abilities  Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes  Ability to work with students, faculty, and corporate teams  Problem-solving and multitasking skills

Qualifications  Any Graduate/Any Postgraduate  1–3 years of experience in placements.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
