Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil & Structural Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in structural steel design, fabrication drawings, and structural analysis using STAAD.Pro. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing fabrication and shop drawings, performing structural calculations, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Autocad drawings experience is must
- Prepare structural steel fabrication and shop drawings based on approved design drawings.
- Perform structural analysis and design using STAAD.Pro.
- Develop GA (General Arrangement), fabrication, and erection drawings.
- Coordinate with design, fabrication, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
- Review structural drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare material take-offs (MTO) and support procurement activities.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and standards (IS, AISC, Eurocode, or project-specific standards).
- Assist in preparing engineering calculations, design reports, and technical documentation.
- Support project execution by providing engineering solutions during fabrication and installation.
- Participate in design reviews, client meetings,



and internal coordination meetings when required.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in STAAD.Pro for structural analysis and design.
- Experience in preparing structural steel fabrication and shop drawings.
- Positive knowledge of structural steel connections and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Tekla Structures is an added advantage.
- Understanding of steel structures, industrial buildings, and support structures.
- Familiarity with relevant design codes and engineering standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in structural steel design and detailing.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Tekla Structures or other steel detailing software.
- Experience with material estimation and BOQ preparation.
- Exposure to project coordination and site support activities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and engineering documentation practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
