Key Responsibilities

- Design creative artwork for:
- Visiting Cards
- Brochures & Flyers
- Letterheads
- Flex & Vinyl Banners
- Posters
- Stickers & Labels
- Wedding Cards
- Business Stationery
- Packaging Designs
- Roll-up Standees and Signage
- Prepare print-ready files with correct:
- Bleed
- Margins
- Crop Marks
- CMYK Color Mode
- Proper Resolution (300 DPI)
- Operate and work efficiently using:
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign (preferred)
- Basic PDF editing tools
- Coordinate with customers to understand their design requirements and suggest creative ideas.
- Check artwork thoroughly before printing to avoid errors in spelling, alignment, colors, dimensions, and image quality.
- Ensure color accuracy and maintain print quality standards.
- Modify existing customer artwork as per requirements.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth printing and finishing.
- Maintain organized digital files and customer artwork records.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, printing techniques, paper types, and finishing methods.
- Support digital printing, offset printing, and large-format (flex) printing operations.




- Create social media creatives and marketing materials for customers whenever required.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience in digital printing or flex printing industry is highly preferred.
- Valuable understanding of typography, color combinations, and layout design.
- Knowledge of print production processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail with excellent creativity.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Experience

- Minimum: 2–5 years in a printing press, digital printing, signage, or flex printing unit.
- Experience in preparing print-ready artwork is mandatory.

- Deliver error-free print-ready designs.
- Complete jobs within committed timelines.
- Minimize reprints due to design mistakes.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in design quality and branding.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
