Job Description – Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Department: CRM / Sales / Service
Location: Panchkula
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 0–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls and inquiries.
- Conduct sales and service follow-up calls.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain satisfaction levels.
- Register and coordinate resolution of customer complaints.
- Update customer data and records in CRM software.
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for customer support.
- Maintain daily call reports and MIS.

Required Skills:

- Valuable communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
- Customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Automobile dealership experience will be an added advantage.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
