Job Description: Marketing Assistant – PCS Energy Fuels Pvt. Ltd.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Marketing Assistant to generate leads for our coal trading and biomass briquette/pellet business and forward qualified leads to management for follow-up. The role requires strong communication skills in both English and Hindi to connect with prospective clients across different regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads for coal trading and biomass fuel products through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms (IndiaMart, TradeIndia, GeM, etc.)
- Reach out to potential clients (industries, factories, boiler operators) to introduce company products
- Qualify leads based on requirement, quantity, and location before forwarding to management
- Maintain a daily/weekly lead tracker with client details, requirements, and follow-up status
- Coordinate with the reporting head to share lead details promptly and accurately
- Follow up on inquiries received via website (prabhucoal.com), social media, and trade portals
- Assist in preparing marketing content, brochures,



and product information for outreach
- Handle basic client queries over phone/email and route them appropriately
- Support in managing company's social media pages and online business listings
- Build and maintain a database of potential customers and industry contacts

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing background preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, tele-calling, or marketing/sales support
- Excellent command over English and Hindi — both spoken and written
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up persistently
- Basic computer skills — MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business
- Positive communication and convincing ability
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Good to Have

- Experience in B2B lead generation or industrial sales
- Familiarity with IndiaMart, TradeIndia, GeM Portal
- Knowledge of coal, biomass, or industrial fuel products
- Basic content writing/social media handling experience

Compensation

Based on experience — to be discussed during the interview.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
