Designation: Assembly Fitter

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble vehicle parts on the production conveyor line as per SOPs.
- Fit mechanical components such as the frame, front fork, handlebar, wheels, suspension, mudguards, seat, footrest, side stand, carrier, and other body parts.
- Use hand tools and torque tools for proper assembly.
- Ensure all parts are fitted correctly and securely.
- Follow daily production targets and assembly sequence.
- Report damaged, missing, or defective parts to the Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S practices at the workstation.
- Follow all company safety rules and wear the required PPE.
- Support the Team Leader in achieving production and quality objectives.

Qualification

- ITI (Fitter/Mechanic) or equivalent.
- Freshers or experienced candidates in automotive or manufacturing assembly are preferred.

Skills Required

- Mechanical assembly knowledge.
- Ability to use hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Attention to detail.
- Teamwork and discipline.
- Ability to work on a conveyor assembly line.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
