M3 RCM Solutions LLC is a healthcare revenue cycle management company helping medical practices, hospitals, physician groups, and healthcare organizations improve collections, reduce denials, and streamline billing operations in US.

Responsibilities

 Outreach qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and

networking.

 Schedule discovery meetings with healthcare providers.

 Build relationships with physicians, practice administrators, hospitals, and healthcare

decision-makers.

 Present RCM solutions and value propositions.

 Manage sales pipeline and CRM updates.

 Follow up consistently and close opportunities.

 Work independently with ownership and accountability.

Requirements





 2+ years of B2B sales experience.

 Robust verbal and written English communication.

 Experience with cold outreach and appointment setting.

 Comfortable working night shifts.

 Self-driven and highly accountable.

 Experience in US healthcare, medical billing, RCM, healthcare BPO, or healthcare IT- Not Mandatory

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
