Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and returned goods as per GMP/GDP guidelines.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and cycle counts.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Procurement, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse transactions in ERP/SAP or inventory management systems.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices for inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage material receipt, inspection coordination, quarantine, release, rejection, and dispatch processes.
- Prepare and maintain warehouse records, stock reports,



and audit documentation.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and optimal space utilization within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by providing required documentation and records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
