Key Responsibilities:

· Meet, Negotiate & Dicuss Plant details with vendor.

· Lead and supervise plant setup and installation of machinery and equipment.

· Plan, design, and implement mechanical systems and production layouts.

· Ensure smooth plant operations, maintenance schedules, and process efficiency.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and procurement.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.

· Work on process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

· Prepare technical documentation and project reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering+ MBA.

· Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and plant setup.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹17,094.83 - ₹59,948.08 per month
