Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them in choosing the right Academic Banking Program. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and passionate about helping students build a successful career in the banking and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with student leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Counsel prospective students about the Academic Banking Program, including its curriculum, eligibility, career opportunities, and placement support.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend the most suitable banking training program.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.




- Handle student queries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, education counselling, or admissions is preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
