We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern who is excited about AI, SaaS, content, and modern digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to startup marketing, product storytelling, content strategy, social media growth, SEO, and AI-assisted marketing workflows.

This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work closely on real campaigns, content initiatives, and brand-building efforts across Talismatic’s marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality content for blogs, LinkedIn, website pages, email campaigns, and marketing assets.
- Support growth marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, Meta, SEO, and organic distribution channels.
- Assist in developing AI-assisted content workflows, campaign ideas, and product storytelling initiatives.
- Manage and support social media content calendars, scheduling, engagement, and post-performance tracking.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis across AI, SaaS, and recruitment technology.
- Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, content optimization, and blog structuring.
- Collaborate on ad creatives, landing pages, presentations, case studies, and sales-support collateral.
- Analyze campaign metrics and audience engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute ideas around product positioning, messaging, and creative growth experiments.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience or internship exposure in marketing, digital content, SaaS, or growth marketing.




- Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
- Interest in AI, SaaS products, startups, and modern marketing trends.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, content strategy, SEO fundamentals, and social media workflows.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, writing, ideation, and productivity.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a willingness to experiment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
