Role Summary

We are seeking a highly hands-on Cloud DevOps Lead to architect, automate, and scale AI-ready cloud platforms across enterprise transformation programs.

This is a technical leadership role requiring a strong builder mindset and deep execution capability. You will be responsible for driving AI-enabled DevOps practices, establishing automation-first cloud environments, and leading teams in delivering resilient, observable, and intelligent platforms.

You will:

Own cloud and DevOps architecture strategy

Drive AI-enabled automation and AIOps adoption

Lead platform engineering and DevOps maturity across teams

Engage directly with global clients on architecture and delivery

Build scalable, AI-ready cloud foundations

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Architecture & Platform Leadership

- Architect secure, scalable, and resilient solutions across AWS
- Design AI-ready cloud architectures optimized for data and ML workloads
- Define multi-setting strategies (Dev, QA, UAT, Production) with strong governance
- Establish best practices for IAM, networking, security, and cost optimization
- Build high availability and disaster recovery frameworks

DevOps & Automation (AI-First Approach)

- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, AWS DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab)
- Lead Infrastructure as Code adoption (Terraform preferred)
- Drive containerization and orchestration strategies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Introduce AI-assisted automation in build, test, and deployment cycles
- Define release management frameworks with automation-first principles

AI-Led Delivery & AIOps Enablement

- Implement AIOps practices for proactive monitoring, anomaly detection, and incident management
- Leverage AI tools for:
- Log analysis and root cause identification
- Predictive alerting and performance optimization
- Intelligent capacity planning
- Enable deployment and scaling of AI/ML workloads on cloud platforms
- Build observability-driven systems using intelligent monitoring frameworks

Platform Engineering & DevOps Maturity

- Establish standardized DevOps frameworks, reusable modules, and platform templates




- Drive automation maturity across teams and reduce manual dependencies
- Define and track platform KPIs (deployment frequency, failure rate, MTTR, etc.)
- Continuously improve reliability, scalability, and performance using data and AI insights

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

- Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, driving technical excellence and accountability
- Conduct architecture and code reviews with a focus on scalability and automation
- Collaborate with engineering, integration, and data teams across delivery programs
- Lead client-facing discussions, translating technical solutions into business outcomes

Ownership, Governance & Execution Discipline

- Take full ownership of cloud platform stability, security, and performance
- Establish and enforce DevOps governance, standards, and engineering discipline
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
- Proactively identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and prevent recurring issues
- Drive execution rigor across CI/CD, infrastructure, and release cycles

Required Skills

- 6–10 years of experience in Cloud and DevOps engineering
- Strong hands-on expertise in AWS
- Deep experience in CI/CD pipeline design and automation
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and security principles
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.)
- Scripting proficiency (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with AI-driven DevOps tools or AIOps platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience deploying or supporting AI/ML workloads on cloud platforms
- Familiarity with AIOps,



intelligent monitoring, or predictive analytics tools
- Prior experience in consulting or enterprise delivery environments
- Certifications:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer
- Microsoft Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect
- Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) – Good to have

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
