Experience: 1–3 Years (Education / EdTech preferred)

Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentive Structure

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and virtual/in-person meetings

Provide accurate guidance on courses, admissions, and career paths

Consistently follow up with leads and drive conversions

Maintain and update CRM records and student database

Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team performance

Requirements





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong convincing and negotiation ability

Target-oriented mindset with a result-driven approach

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Graduation in any stream
