Job Description – AC Technician / HVAC Technician

Daily HVAC Services is looking for a skilled and reliable AC Technician / HVAC Technician to install, service, maintain, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing faults, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service while following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, and commission Split, Window, Cassette, Tower, Ductable, and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, jet cleaning, chemical cleaning, and routine servicing.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults.
- Carry out gas charging, refrigerant recovery, leak detection, and pressure testing.
- Install and replace compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, capacitors, thermostats, PCB boards, and other AC components.
- Install copper piping, drain piping, insulation, brackets, and AC stands.
- Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical control circuits.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate job records.




- Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards.
- Maintain skilled behavior and provide excellent customer service during site visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–5 years of experience in AC/HVAC installation and servicing.
- Good knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair AC faults independently.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- Residential and commercial HVAC maintenance.
- VRV/VRF systems.
- Preventive maintenance (AMC).
- Refrigerant handling and leak testing.
- Customer site service experience.
