Job Responsibilities

- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
- Recommend suitable vehicle models and accessories.
- Prepare quotations and explain pricing, offers, and finance options.
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales.
- Assist customers with booking, documentation, registration, insurance, and loan processes.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Keep up to date with current vehicle models, features, promotions, and competitor products.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, vehicle display standards, and promotional materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Support marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Pay: ₹8,954.84 - ₹15,745.71 per month
