Job Summary

Mars Construction is seeking an experienced and dynamic Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Ready Mix Concrete Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, managing plant personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations of the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Plant.
- Plan and monitor daily production to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure consistent concrete quality in accordance with project specifications.
- Supervise batching, production, dispatch, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with project sites regarding concrete supply schedules.
- Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate procurement.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of batching plant, transit mixers, pumps, and other equipment.
- Maintain production records, reports, and quality control documentation.
- Implement and enforce safety, environmental, and statutory compliance.
- Lead, train,



and motivate plant operators, technicians, drivers, and support staff.
- Optimize plant productivity while controlling operational costs.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of concrete mix design, batching plants, quality control, and plant maintenance.
- Experience in managing manpower and coordinating with project teams.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and RMC batching software is preferred.
