Key Responsibilities ( WARDS - Incharge)

- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff while managing duty rosters to ensure optimal patient-to-nurse ratios.
- Quality & Safety Control: Monitor patient care outcomes, conduct regular performance evaluations, and address patient complaints.
- Financial Administration: Formulate and oversee the unit's budget, including equipment procurement and resource allocation.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure the unit complies with local and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Liaison: Act as the primary communication link between bedside nurses, interdisciplinary medical teams, and senior hospital administration.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with previous leadership roles like a charge nurse being highly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, critical thinking, conflict resolution, and proficiency in medical software.
