Position: HR Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Mohali (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Handle employee documentation and HR records.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Familiarity with MS Office and HR tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Work Mode: Onsite – Mohali
Pay: ₹10,856.31 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
