Role Overview

We are looking for passionate learners who love to teach, build, and explore AI-driven technologies.

This role is ideal for:

- Anyone who enjoys explaining concepts and helping others learn
- Graduates from, Arts, Science or Engineering backgrounds with an interest in technology and AI
- Individuals who want to build a career in tech education powered by AI

You don’t need to be an expert already — if you are willing to learn and can explain concepts clearly, we will train you.

Key Responsibilities

1.Training & Delivery

Train students in one or more domains:

- Programming Fundamentals
- Full Stack Development (MERN or similar)
- Data Analysis / Data Science / Machine Learning
- HR, Finance, SAP FICO, HCM
- Deliver interactive, hands-on sessions using AI tools and real-world use cases
- Teach students how to leverage AI for coding, analysis, and problem-solving

Deliver interactive, hands-on sessions (not just theory)

2. Practical Learning

- Conduct coding exercises, debugging sessions, and live problem-solving
- Support students in real-time projects and assignments
- Guide students in building portfolio-ready, AI-powered projects

3. Curriculum & Content (AI-Driven Learning)

- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
- Continuously learn and adopt AI tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies
- Contribute to building AI-enabled curriculum and learning experiences

4. Outreach & Workshops

- Conduct workshops, seminars, and sessions in colleges
- Deliver sessions on AI, emerging technologies, and career readiness




- Represent Karka Academy in events and student communities

Required Skills

1. Mindset (MOST KEY)

- Passion for teaching and mentoring
- Eagerness to continuously learn and improve
- Ownership and responsibility towards student outcomes

2. Technical

- Strong fundamentals in:
- Programming (JavaScript / Python preferred)
- Logic & problem-solving
- Basic understanding of at least one domain:
- Web Development / Data / AI

3. Teaching & Communication

- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and structured way
- Good verbal communication (English + Tamil is a plus)
- Confidence to handle a classroom

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

- Prior teaching/training experience
- Internship or project experience
- Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
- Public speaking / content creation

Compensation

- Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 (based on skills and potential)
