Summary:
In the role of Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This includes carefully planning the architecture to support business needs while maintaining optimal performance. The role requires thorough documentation of security controls implemented within the cloud environment and overseeing the smooth transition of these controls into managed cloud security operations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the security framework is robust and adaptable to evolving requirements is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and enforcement of security policies and standards within cloud environments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure security architecture integrates seamlessly with existing systems.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of cloud security principles and practices.
- Continuously evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend improvements to the security framework.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud security architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to cloud environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
